Although many people begin their yoga practice for the physical benefits, yoga has proven to have significant effects on one’s mental and emotional states as well. For singers, there are even more benefits; yoga can help increase lung capacity, ease performance anxiety, and help you become more aware of your body so that you can feel comfortable moving around onstage.
